The FundraisingCafe.com Program

Our fundraising program is simple yet effective and requires no out-of-pocket expenses. Your organization takes orders for coffee and collects payments from customers at the time of the order. At the end of the selling period, your organization turns in the orders along with a payment less the organization's profit. We then deliver the coffee, pre-sorted by seller and buyer. 

In addition to traditional fundraising sales (friends, neighbors, parents' work, etc.), our program has two features to multiply the rewards of your fundraising efforts and provide a continuing income stream beyond the end of your selling campaign: Online Selling and Online Reordering.

How It Works

1. FundraisingCafe.com will send you a campaign kit. The campaign kit includes selling brochures, order forms, online selling instructions, selling tips, etc.
2. Your members take orders and collect $10 per bag of coffee.
3. At the end of your selling period, collect order forms and $10 per bag from your members. Send the completed order forms, along with payment of $6 per bag, to FundraisingCafe.com. Your organization's profit is $4 per bag.
4. Within 10 days after we receive your order forms and payment, you will receive your coffee. Your coffee order will be pre-sorted by seller for easy distribution to your members.

Along with their coffee, each of your buyers will receive an invitation to reorder coffee online. Your organization will continue to earn profits even after your campaign is over.
